Potted Herbs

There is just something that I like about herbs in clay pots. I think it's the organic look that an old aged pot has. The herbs just look extra special and centerpiece worthy. My local supermarket had potted herbs in the produce aisle and I just had to stop and take a look. I resisted the urge to toss some in my cart because that would have meant buying potting soil and finding an old clay pot and quite frankly I was just to tired. I sold most of my gardening items when I moved out of state. I will confess that I had to crush a little of the rosemary between my fingers. OHHHH, the lovely scent that still lingers. I think I may have to have one on my breakfast room table in the near future. I may even cook with it....

These are all so wonderful!!! I love...love...love rosemary!!! It is my favorite!!!

I jusy planted a big clay pot of herbs. My husband and I were recently in Fredericksburg,Tx and visited the herb farm there. I had to bring back some herbs and plant them as a reminder of our visit.

Thank you for sharing this!!!

Have a wonderful weekend!!!

Basil is my favorite. I think I'm a little obsessed actually. I planted some for the first time this year... in clay pots inside. I go to look at them and smell them several times a day!!! - J
