Pretty in Plum
Somewhere between a misty lavender and a dusty rose, plum-y mauve is a new sort of neutral. A muted tone that’s more interesting than gray but less focused than violet, this complex color can be dressed up or down. Pair it with metallic for a rich and glamorous look, with shades of fresh green and purple to evoke an English garden, or with creamy whites and smoky browns or grays for a serene, elegant effect.
